Candle Return Policy

My Weekend is Booked will exchange unused candles within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. The customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for any exchanged items. 

*Please note, this does not apply to wholesale orders. We do not accept returns of wholesale products.

Gift Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our gift boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is placed with missing or incorrect shipping information, it will be the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost to re-ship the item. 

Damaged Items

We will replace damaged items. Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@myweekendisbooked.com​
